WHAT SHOULD MY SON / DAUGHTER WEAR TO CLASS?

Anything that is easy to move in and comfortable to wear. We suggest stretchy fabrics that are breathable and flexible. For Acro and Ballet we suggest wearing tighter clothes for spotting purposes.

Footwear:

• Hip Hop: Indoor runners

• Song & Dance : Bare-feet

• Tap : Tap shoes

• Jazz: Jazz shoes

• Lyrical: Bare-paws

• Acro : Bare-feet

• Ballet: Ballet shoes

• Stage- Jazz shoes

• Lil Jammerz-  Bare-feet or ballet shoes

WILL MY SON OR DAUGHTER BE GOING TO A COMPETITION?

Every competitive class at Jam Dance Center will take part in a fun, local dance competition. Select groups will also take part in local community events such as Berry Festival, Christmas Tree Lighting, Canada Day and more!

CAN WE TRY OUT CLASSES BEFORE WE REGISTER?

Yes you can! We want to make sure your dancer finds the perfect class best suited for them! We encourage you to come try your first class free of charge.  

IS THERE A COSTUME/COMPETITIVE FEE?

All students are required to leave a costume deposit and a competitive deposit (per class) when they sign up. Fee’s will be collected at the beginning of the dance season.

WHERE IS THE STUDIO LOCATED?

We are in the heart of beautiful downtown Abbotsford! Located 33779 Essendene Avenue (Down the one way alley). You will see a beautiful mural on the wall and we are located one door down!   

WHERE DO WE GO TO REGISTER AND WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?

(closed during stat holidays,Christmas break, Spring break and summer break) Please refer to our instagram for Summer office hours.
